Yes, our service visits are a minimum of 3 consecutive hours on any given day.

Absolutely. Although our services are set up and priced to provide long-term care, which we define as four weeks or longer, we can provide services for shorter assignments and respite care – and on relatively short notice.

Our services are available for as little as a few hours per week to 24/7, 365 days a year. We do our best to conform to our clients’ needs and preferences

Contact us either via email or give us a call at 717-627-0072 to schedule a free in-home, no obligation consultation. We will assess your specific situation and needs, and mutually develop a tailored care plan. Then, we will identify a Care Companion(s) who has the skills, personality and availability to assist you.

Non-medical, in-home care services are private pay and are not covered under Medicare/Medicaid insurance plans. If you have a Long Term Care insurance policy, please let us know since many LTC policies include some in-home service benefit coverage. We require you to pay us directly and we will be happy to help you obtain reimbursement from your policy if applicable.

YNC generates bi-weekly invoicing; i.e. on the 15th and the last day of each month. Remittance options include check, credit card or ACH remittance.

Extensive and personalized screening for all new Care Companion prospects is a high priority for us. Your Neighborhood Connection, LLC has a comprehensive screening process which includes a Criminal Background Clearance, MVR Driving History, TB screening, and professional references.

Yes. Your Neighborhood Connection Care Companions are direct care workers of Your Neighborhood Connection, LLC and have comprehensive liability insurance coverage.

Absolutely. Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds; many have worked in senior care for years and some are even retired LPNs/RNs who still long to be connected and actively involved in caring for individuals with in-home care needs. Training is an ongoing initiative and remains a top priority of Your Neighborhood Connection, LLC.

We understand that there are times when you could use some help with daily tasks. Or maybe you are recovering from surgery or have challenges due to a long-term illness.
