Luthercare, Moravian Manor Communities announce new partnership.
LITITZ, PA – Luthercare and Moravian Manor have selected a name for the in-home services agency they will jointly own and operate.
The name is Your Neighborhood Connection. The two owners, who also have leased a 1,300-square-foot office at 6 S. Broad St. in Lititz for the agency, are “in the early stages” of recruiting an executive director for it.
Working together enables both communities to be better stewards of existing resources and, at the same time, provide a larger breadth of service to the greater community.

Your Neighborhood Connection, with offices located at 510 East Main Street, Lititz, PA 17543 offers a comprehensive range of companion care services, personal care services, and memory care and end-of-life supportive services. Additionally, YNC is one of very few agencies to offer Licensed Practical Nurse Services to allow for administration of some medications and treatments.
