Our History
Your Neighborhood Connection (YNC) is a trusted provider of in-home care services across Lancaster and Lebanon Counties, established through the collaborative efforts of Luthercare and Moravian Manor Communities. Recognizing the growing desire among seniors to age in place, these esteemed organizations combined their extensive experience in senior living to create YNC, aiming to deliver exceptional care directly to individuals’ homes.
Since welcoming our first clients in March 2016, YNC has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in Central PA. Our comprehensive range of home services includes companion care/personal care, memory support, and end-of-life assistance. Uniquely, we also offer Nurse (LPN/RN) services, enabling the administration of specific medications and treatments within the comfort of your home as ordered by your doctor.
Our Commitment
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the growth and satisfaction of our clientele. By December 2019, we had successfully completed over 42,000 hours of service across more than 16,000 client visits, underscoring our dedication to reliable and personalized care. Since then, YNC has over doubled their efforts completing 124,233 hours 50,000 visits since 2020.

Our Home Care Services
We understand that there are times when you could use some help with daily tasks. Or maybe you are recovering from surgery or have challenges due to a long-term illness. If you need some additional assistance, we can be there for as little as a few hours a week, a few hours every day, or even 24/7 to meet your changing needs.
