Devon Bennett is the new executive director at Your Neighborhood Connection.
Devon Bennett has been named executive director of Lititz-based in-home care organization Your Neighborhood Connection.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the long-term care field, Bennett most recently served as vice president of health services and executive director at Maryland Masonic Homes in Cockeysville, Maryland.
“I am thrilled to be back home in Lancaster County,” the Mount Joy Township resident said. “Your Neighborhood Connection is an organization with a rich history, and I look forward to serving our clients, retirement communities, and the YNC team to ensure that we provide everyone with the best services possible to allow older adults to age in place with dignity.”
Your Neighborhood Connection announced Bennett’s position in a Sept. 28 press release. Bennett began serving in his new role on Aug. 30.
Amanda – Scheduler
Amanda started working for Your Neighborhood Connection as a caregiver 2019. Since that time, Amanda supports staff with on-call responsibilities. She later transitioned to PT Receptionist and Assistant Scheduler.
Amanda is often the friendly voice answering the phone and occasionally can be found assisting with care needs.
Amanda is a certified Medication Tech and works PRN for a local Personal Care Facility.
When Amanda is not working you will find her spending time with her 2 children, husband, family and beloved pets.
Bev – Adminstrative Assistant
Bev worked in the accounting department at a local Nursing Home after graduation from Warwick High School. The majority of her life has been in the role of mother, domestic engineer, and home educator. During those years, she discovered her innate ability with setting up and maintaining systems. New to Your Neighborhood Connection the end of 2022, she manages the accounts payable and receivable.
