YNC is happy to place the spotlight on Kim Pham.
Please meet Kim Pham, Caregiver/Care Companion for YNC. Kim originally started working for YNC June of 2018. When Kim was asked why she choose to work for YNC, she expressed “It was 2 minutes from home, I was looking for a second job and wanted to give home care a second shot! YNC has been the best home care agency I have worked for (hands down)! YNC is flexible with my schedule with my FT job, going to school, and respect the hours I was looking for or wanted to work”.
Kim enjoys building relationships with those she serves and makes each client feel like family. Kim feels successful when she leaves a client with a smile on their face.
When Kim is not working (which is not often) she enjoys going out to eat, spending time with her family, traveling and reading.
YNC is very proud to be associated with Kim and her strong work ethic. Kim works a FT job, PT for YNC and is in the process of finishing her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.
