Amanda Pollak – Executive Director

Amanda has been with Your Neighborhood Connection since 2019. She started out as a caregiver and an on call support staff. Since her journey started with YNC, she has taken on many roles including receptionist, FT scheduler, billing and accounts receivable/accounts payable. She is always eager to learn new tasks and work with the rest of the team to achieve the best results. As of November 1st, she has taken over the role of executive director. She is excited to lead along side the other YNC staff to see how we will grow as a whole. She was born and raised locally and still resides locally with her husband, 2 children and fur babies.

Janell Stoner, LPN – Director of Clinical Services

Janell joined Your Neighborhood Connection in 2024. As Director of Clinical Services, Janell brings more than 12 years of hands-on clinical experience to her role with a foundation in long term care, clinical office practice, and now home care. Since joining YNC she has focused on strengthening clinical quality and supporting care teams in delivering exceptional service. Janell resides in Lititz, with her husband, two daughters, and their four pets. She enjoys being actively involved in her children’s activities and supporting them in everything they pursue.

Christina Strauss – Service Care Representative

Christina joined Your Neighborhood Connection in 2022, starting as a caregiver before moving into her current role as Service Care Representative. She brings over a decade of experience in senior care, having worked at a local personal care home prior to joining the team. Christina loves connecting with new families and helping them get started with the care and support they need. Born and raised in Lititz, she values community and compassion in everything she does. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and her family.

Kelly Price – FT scheduler

Kelly Price has been part of Your Neighborhood Connecting for two years, bringing dedication and warmth to every role she’s held. She began as a caregiver, later becoming an assistant scheduler and receptionist, and now serves as the full-time scheduler and receptionist. Kelly’s background in caregiving gives her a unique understanding of both clients’ and caregivers’ needs, helping her create smooth communication and supportive connections across the team. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, keeping busy with family activities and making memories together.
